12/31/02 - Vibration Levelers: Shown above is P/N: IL10V-72HB. It has a 1/2-13 x 2" free-turning thread on a 1-1/2" dia. black neoprene base. Also available with non-marring gray rubber base, P/N: IL10V-72HG. Alternate thread sizes include 3/8-16 x 3" (IL10V-63HB) or 5/16-18 x 1-1/2" (1" nylon or rubber base) (IL10V-51HB).

9/28/02 - Hex Based Levelers: Shown above-left is P/N: IL-40-5X15-SL. It has a 5/16-18 x 1-1/2" thread with top-end slot on a 3/4" hex base. Also available in 1/2", 1" & 1-1/4" lengths and in 1/4-20, 3/8-16, 1/2-13 & metric thread sizes. Also available with a gray polyethylene pad that is factory-installed over the hex (add -GC to P/N). The right-hand hex leveler is P/N: IL-41-5X25. It has a 5/16-18 x 2-1/2" thread on a 1-3/8" hex base. Also available in 1-1/2" lengths and in 1/4-20, 3/8-16 & 1/2-13 x 3" thread sizes.


9/10/02 - New Product Family: Non-Tilt Low Profile Levelers. Shown above is P/N: IL64-7G-NT. It has a 1/2-13 x 2" stud with a 1-7/8" dia. steel base. The stud is free-rotating yet only tilts 1-2 degrees. The non-tilt design helps prevent base and stud separation. Use the same part numbers as the low-profile family of levelers, but add -NT to the part number.


7/26/02 - Now available: Bases with flats and/or threaded holes and handwheels. Shown above is P/N: IL64FL-4GX15-HW. It has a 1/4-20 x 1-1/2" stud with a 1-7/8" dia. steel base with flats. The aluminum handwheel is 2-1/2" dia. and can be anodized gold, black, etc.


4/6/02 - Just released: 1/4-20, 5/16-18 and 3/8-16 vinyl based levelers with 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", and 3" diameter solid PVC bases for non-skid/vibration applications. Shown above is P/N: IL82-5WX125-PVC. It has a 5/16-18 x 1-3/8" stud with a 1-1/2" dia. white poly-vinyl base. The P/N for the 2", 2-1/2" and 3" dia. versions are IL84-5WX125-PVC and IL86-5WX125-PVC and IL88-5WX125-PVC. To order in black, use a B instead of W in the part number. To order stainless, use a S after B or W. Also available in gray, red and other colors and materials per your specifications.

2/21/02 - Now available: Carpet pad and domed plastic levelers/plugs/caps/skid pads. Shown in the left photo above is P/N: IL31-CARP4-GRN and IL31-CARP4-RED. These walker pads fit most walkers. They have a 2-3/8" O.D. and fit tubing with a 1" I.D. The right-hand photo shows P/N: IL31-4-RED, red plastic plug/skid pad, 2" O.D. curved base with 1" O.D. tapered post, 7/8" I.D.

1/28/02 - Now available: 1/4-20, 5/16-18 and 3/8-16 medium duty levelers/knobs/thumbscrews with 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", and 3" diameter solid bottom bases. Shown on the left in left photo above is P/N: IL84-5BX125. It has a 5/16-18 x 1-3/8" clear zinc plated stud with a 2" dia. black poly base, grip ridges on outside diameter, chamfer on bottom edge to ease sliding of heavy furniture. The part number for the front-center leveler is IL7A-6BX2 (3/8-16 x 2" thread with hex, 2" dia. base). The leveler in the right of the photo shows P/N: IL88-5BX125. 5/14/97 - IEC introduces NEW Aluminum Bases in many different colors. These rigid levelers can be built using almost any base design shown in this website. Stud material is steel or stainless.


3/5/97 - Low Profile Delrin based Levelers with a 4" stud length are available with an optional slot in the bottom of the leveler. Speed installation time and reduce ergonomic problems.


9/1/96 - Stud type leveler, 3/4-10 x 9" length, 3" diameter gold iridite base. Stud length exceeds height of most casters.

These steel, delrin, and stainless leveling feet are used to level and stabilize cabinets and equipment. The heat-treated stud and ball swivels 15° from centerline. Available in gold iridite zinc or black oxide finish (use B instead of G). An optional elastomer pad (Add -P) or cork pad (add -K) provides minor isolation protection, a non-marring surface and improved footing (1/8" thick) [Reduce load rating by 25%]. Also available in metric!

These LOW PROFILE steel and stainless steel (add S to end of P/N) rigid leveling feet are an economical solution for medium duty applications. The steel stud is clear zinc plated. Available with white or black delrin or polyethylene base.

NEW! Low Profile Polyethylene Based Levelers with a stainless steel stud are now available for the Semiconductor industry. Impervious to almost all acids, corrosives and cleaning agents. (Add -PE to P/N)
NEW! 2", 2-1/2" and 3" diameter black, white, green or various other colored delrin bases. To order the 2" diameter base, IL7 becomes IL7A. To order the 3" diameter base, IL8 becomes IL8A.

* 4" stud length (add x4) with optional slot at top (add -SLT).
* 4" stud length (add x4) with optional slot at bottom (add -SLB).
